About Us
Trickling Springs Creamery opened in June of 2001 to provide fresh, wholesome milk and super premium ice-cream to consumers in the towns local to Chambersburg, PA. As people have enjoyed our products, the word has spread. Today we supply milk to quality focused families and individuals in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware and Washington DC! We are happy to say that we are still a local company and will stay that way with our focus on high standards of freshness and quality.
We buy our milk from local, family farms that take the best care of their animals and land. These farmers take pride in their product and take a special interest in the welfare of the grass-fed cows on their family farms by using organic and holistic practices. Their happy cows get all the sunshine and free grass they want during growing season and are not pushed in growth or production by synthetic hormones. We maintain a personal relationship with our farmers and focus on providing you the best available product. Unlike many commercial dairies, we process our milk using a low-temp pasteurization method that allows the milk’s natural proteins and enzymes to live, giving you healthier products and tasty ingredients for your favorite recipe. Read about our farm and production standards in their pages.
Today we offer Organic and All Natural milk bottled in returnable glass bottles. We also offer cultured buttermilk, homemade butters, raw milk cheeses and more than 25 flavors of super premium ice cream. In an effort to introduce other quality products to informed consumers we distribute a variety of other local products including eggs, yogurt, goat milk and goat cheeses to numerous stores throughout the region.
You are invited to stop by our fine retail store in Chambersburg, PA where we offer all of our products and many other premium foods. You will be able to try our popular subs and sandwiches along with hand dipped ice-cream, milkshakes & sundaes. Check out our store page for directions.
